The focus of our wedding was blending our family. We gathered in The Dragoon Mountains with our nearest and dearest loved ones to exchange vows and have a sand blending ceremony with our children.

We had a mix of wildflowers and succulents. We had floral hairpieces, a stunning centerpiece on our ceremony table, and flowers on our wedding cake.

Did you make something DIY
We wanted to have a small gathering to celebrate our marriage but we understood that bringing people together from different places during the Covid-19 crisis could be risky. I asked my sweet friend to hand-lettered these chalkboards to remind our guests to wear masks and to stay 6ft apart. She did a beautiful job!

Wedding cake
Our Wedding Cake was from Village Bakehouse. It was dressed in wildflowers and succulents. We were so swept up in the festivities of the day that we actually forgot the cake in the refrigerator! We only remembered it as we were cleaning up the venue after the wedding. So the few of us cleaning up shared a sweet treat together at the end of the night.
