Shipping and Returns
Items will be ready to be shipped within 3-6 business days after PayPal payment is complete- Unless the item is "custom made" or out of stock.
The order will be shipped to your PayPal address - please make sure that it is correct.
Shipping is made from Israel by standard-registered mail (include tracking number) and delivery can takes up to 21 business days to Europe, and 21 days overseas. Delivery to USA and Canada is with Flying-Cargo and can take 12-16 business days to arrive. Delivery to Australia is with Israeli post and take 20-31 business days to arrive. Delays may occur and in some cases your package can take up to 31 days to arrive.
All international packages are subject to customs and we have no control over the length of time customs may keep your package.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Blushfashion.
Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our studio.
In case your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address \ no one was available to claim) and return back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.
Shipping to Germany - please consider that there can be an additional week for arrival. There ware cases in which the deliveries have been delayed due to process of German postal service.
Express shipping overseas is an additional cost of $20-$30, and takes between 2-5 business days.
You can add express shipping to your order when you are in the "check-out" point.
Returns and refunds policy:
If the item does not suit you, you can contact us, up to 14 days after you receive the package. We will provide you with all the instructions for returning the item.
We give you a full refund for the item (not including shipping costs) through PayPal, within 10-15 business days after we receive the return items back to us. Refunds are charged with 10% restock fee. You are responsible for the products’ return until we receive it back to our studio.
To prepare your return shipment: - Choose a standard package, or use the original package, place the unworn or undamaged product inside - Insert in the package the copy of the order’s invoice. Please be sure to pack the returned items properly, in order to avoid any damage.
Special and custom made orders:
made to order items can not be replace or refund. In case you made a custom special order, please note that this sale is final.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Blushfashion has the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.Refunds are charged with 10% restock fee.
