Why do you love designing bridal gowns?
I love being part of such a meaningful milestone in people’s lives. I love being able to offer brides the dream dress I couldn’t find when I got married myself - a dress that is effortless, comfortable, trendy, and fair when it comes to price. I’m passionate about creating unique dresses that don’t have hefty price tags just because they happen to be white.

What is special about your dresses?
I design all of my dresses with comfort and elegance in mind. All of the designs are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality using high-tech fabrics, elastic fibers and luxurious lace. I am constantly learning from my brides about their wants and needs, so the design is always on point and contemporary.
We are also dedicated to preserving the tradition of handmade production, while providing an eco-friendly alternative to otherwise environmentally harmful processes.

What inspires your designs?
My clients are my biggest inspiration. I am always open and happy to hear from my brides to be about what they are looking for in a dress and for their wedding. What are their limitations? What are their dreams? A conversation with a bride can lead me straight to my sketch book.
I also love looking through old photographs, books, movies and archives. That, coupled with movement and textures of the raw fabrics themselves lead to the development of a design.
- What can brides expect when ordering a dress from you?
Brides can expect to have a truly personal approach and overall very simple process when ordering from Blush. I’m here to answer any questions regarding sizing, materials, and anything else you dream of. I love making custom dresses, whether it be sizing for tall brides or petite brides. If you have an idea of your dream dress and want me to create it with the signature Blush touch, I’d also be delighted to.

Tell us a little about your company!
I’ve always been in the world of fashion and started designing in 2004. Since then, I have a small studio (currently everyone is working from home) with a passionate team that helps bring my ideas to life.
- What inspires your designs?
I love vintage and boho style silhouettes. Sustainability is also something that is very important to me and leads me in my designs. I always try to use pre-existing raw materials that the studio has (off-cuts of seasons past), and vintage lace.

What can customers expect from your designs?
My dresses are always designed with comfort in mind, so above all, brides can expect to be at ease and feel like themselves on their big day.
