Bride’s Attire
Melissa looked stunning in a bohemian wrap lace dress, exuding a laid-back yet elegant vibe. She opted for a Stevie Nicks-inspired hairstyle, perfectly complemented by dark lips and a natural makeup look by Jess from Salty Dolls Tofino. Melissa’s accessories included a bracelet with deep sentimental value—it belonged to her Omi, who passed away the previous year and was also worn by her mother on her wedding day.

Groom’s Attire
Dan's wedding day attire details weren't provided, but his love and excitement during the first look were the day's highlights.

Rings
Melissa and Dan’s rings were custom-made by Emma Glover Designs. Melissa's engagement ring featured a green sapphire, with the band carved to resemble a tree branch, symbolizing growth and connection. Her wedding band was also carved to match, incorporating diamonds from her grandmother's wedding band, who also passed away the previous year. Dan's wedding band echoed this theme with a tree-like carving, creating a beautiful and meaningful connection between their rings.

Flowers
Melissa's bouquet, crafted by Crab Apple Floral, featured a selection of seasonal flowers that added to the wintery feel of their wedding.

Music
The couple curated a playlist that included M83, Tom Rosenthal, and Alt-J, creating a dreamy and atmospheric backdrop for their special day.

Cake
Their wedding cake, a Vanilla Bean flavor made by the venue, reflected Melissa's love for vanilla—a sweet and simple choice that perfectly suited their intimate celebration.

Memorable Moments
Melissa’s favorite memory from the day was the "first look." The excitement and love on Dan's face when he sees her for the first time is a moment she will treasure forever.
