Although they grew up together in the same small town in Alberta, Canada - Tyler and Heather’s love story doesn’t really begin until New Years Eve 2021, when they reconnected at a New Years party and the rest - as they say - is history. Heather and Tyler had an intimate wedding ceremony, in a beautiful 7 bedroom cabin at the Castle Mountain Ski Resort, surrounded by close family. With the mountains in the backdrop, Heather looked radiant in the Vintage Style Long Sleeve lace wedding dress in Ivory and a boho half flower crown. Her makeup - with dark burgundy lips and smokey eyes - was a perfect compliment to the wedding color palette of dark burgundy, white, green eucalyptus. Tyler looked dapper in a blue Calvin Clein suit with burgundy tie. However the best unseen accessory, was their beautiful daughter Sawyer - who was born just 2 months later. Where are each of you from? How did you meet?
Claresholm, Alberta we went to school and grew up in the same small town but we’re different ages, we felll for one another on New Years Eve 2021 at a party and had our first official date Valentines February 14th 2021
How long were you in a relationship before you got engaged and married?
We got engaged on the one year anniversary of our first date, and married 9 months after in November 2021.

Castle Mountain Ski Resort

Why did you choose your venue?
We rented a 7 bedroom cabin over looking the ski hill where we invited just our immediate family to attend for two nights and the ceremony was on the cabin balcony with a view of the ski hill. It was beautiful and intimate. I was also 7 months pregnant with our beautiful daughter Sawyer that was just born January 7th, 2022.

Just earrings
Where did you purchase the wedding rings and why did you choose this style
My wedding ring was my grandmothers, and then my mothers and when my husband told my mom he wanted to marry me she gave him the ring.

We played Elvis Presley- can’t help falling in love to sign our papers, Tyler walked down to from the ground up- Dan + Shay, and I walked down to Blessings- Florida Georgia Line
How did you choose your wedding cake? Who made it?
The planner chose charmed cakes and cupcakes in Lethbridge Alberta

What is your favorite memory from that day?
Our first look when we read our vows back to back before turning around

Remaining best friends, putting each other first, communication and respect and don’t stop having fun together!

Where did you go on your honeymoon? (or planning to go)
Haven’t gone, hoping to do a family trip with our girls in the summer no other plans yet.
